Avoid this business. Take the reviews seriously. They are unreliable with scheduling and show no genuine care for your loved ones. Their follow-up is non-existent, and the 'nurse' they sent to our home arrived without the basic supplies needed for a dressing change. They are clearly disorganized and not equipped to handle professional medical needs. Do not risk your loved one's health with this company."

We used Modern Home Health Care for care for my mother. She had four or five different specialties visiting her, all on differing schedules and for different durations of care. The scheduling of these visits can be complex, and like many families, there's more than one family care provider. Sometimes the home health providers need to reschedule. Don’t bother with this home health, they wont make you an appointment and they definitely wont call you back when they say they will. It almost like they dont think they’re dealing with peoples actual lives…

I would give 0 stars if I could! Agency is terrible despite all the follow ups no visits are done for PT/ Nursing and its been 4 weeks. Intake "manger" is no help, she schedules everything and no ones shows up. If intake manger is not in the office ABSOLUTELY no one in the office is competent to answer any questions! I asked to speak with someone higher up which she was worse. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS AGENCY
