Recently finished my home on Hartman Road in Wadsworth. I made a very big investment in this house at a very sensitive time (coming out of COVID and headed towards high inflation). Not only did Modern Home Concepts fight through supply issues and uncertainties, but they did so while maintaining a high end product. There are probably cheaper home builders out there, but there are also cheaper products out there. No corners were cut. Heard a horrifying story of Modern Home Concepts drawing out of clients' construction loan draws with falsified and incomplete lien waivers! The client did not get what Modern Home Concepts committed to, and was stuck with liens on their homes because Mike didn't pay the sub's! Absolute crook.
Absolutely beautiful homes and exceptional customer service. The team's dedication to both makes them special.
