If you plan on buying a home from Dan Wooten of Modern Home Center of Pittsburg Ks, get EVERYTHING in writing. He does not honor his word. We bought a used home from him, and he did not want to send anyone up to install the airconditioner unit on the outside. He told us to get it done and send him the bill. He never paid it, or even answered our letter or email. We are both very unhappy with him. We had even recommended him to a couple, and they also bought a home from him. Ralph and Trisha
