Even though they used tarps and were clean, when they were done the lead tech got out a shop vac and ran it around all the vents they worked on. He said “we want to leave it better than we found it.” There was no dust at all. Most companies just leave. They go the extra step.

We had a weird, sour smell that showed up only when the AC ran. We cleaned carpets, checked the fridge, emptied trash daily. Nothing. The duct team ran a camera and found a dead rodent in a floor duct from years ago. They removed it, sanitized the whole run, and sealed a small gap in the duct where it likely got in. Smell gone in one hour. I never would have found that myself. They don’t just clean — they diagnose.
