Don is a great guy and really knows his stuff. It has been a real blessing for me to find him. My hearing is almost totally gone without my hearing aids. Don set me up great and has followed through with the best best possible service and care. I am really very happy.
Don was very helpful selecting and setting up my hearing aids. After hearing from multiple people that they had gotten hearing aids and couldn't wear them because they drove them crazy I was hesitant to pursue hearing aids. Don explained that I should start at a lower volume and increase gradually so I had time to get used to hearing noises and sounds that I hadn't heard for a long time. Don is also very helpful in keeping my hearing aids tuned up and working properly. Thanks Don For giving Me the ability to hear again.
