I have 2 kiddos with bilateral hearing aids and their audiologist is over an hour from my home (specializes in pediatrics) I got a call from my son's school that the tubing of his hearing aid had broken. Typically, I would drive all the way to the audiologist to get a new tube, but decided to see if anyone local could help us. I spoke with Amy and she was absolutely amazing. Amy at the Millersburg office of Modern/Choice Hearing helped my mother with cleaning her hearing aids. She was absolutely wonderful, very personable and even offered bottled water and some candy goodies while we waited. 5 Star definitely !!!!!!!
I am new in the area and when my hearing aide needed to be serviced I was treated as if I had gotten my hearing aides from them. As a new patient I would say they seemed very knowledgeable and their service was absolutely outstanding.
The MHS team and process is top notch and highly effective. Ellie is extraordinary in her technical knowledge and her ability to lead you to the very best solution for your hearing needs. She is patient when you might not be so, and professionally direct when you need that.
My grandmother couldnt stop talking about how great Ellie and Amy were to her. They were very polite and helpful!
