I had a great experience with Modern Hearing in Shawano, WI. Chad Sorenson took great care with testing and explaining the difficulties I'm having with my hearing deficit. Together we decided on the appropriate aides for my needs. When I was fitted with the Hearing Aides, Chad took a great deal of time setting them up and explaining the care, use of the app and charger. I very much appreciated his knowledge, respect and professional manner. I highly recommend this company.
Chad in the Shawano office was amazing! My Mother and Father-in-law have been following him around for years. We can’t say enough positive things about him, not only as a person but the quality care he provides to all who he meets. He takes time to listen to your needs and explains everything in a kind, understanding manner. If you are thinking of scheduling an appointment, don’t think twice. Chad has your best Interest at heart!
Hours of operation could be alittle better, so make sure you call for an appointment before you just go there. Other than that , they try to help you as best they can.

Great place to get hearing aids, Chad is extremely helpful with everything. Had some concerns and he took care of them quickly.
