This is my favorite gym that I have ever attended. It is very clean, friendly staff and has great cardio and strength training equipment. The gym has great location right in the City of Canton. Gym is open 24 hours. Plenty of parking and very well lit. The owners and trainers are awesome, they go out of their way to make you feel welcomed, helpful, motivating and to get to know everyone. Over the few months that I have been attending this gym, I made significant progress in my own fitness level. Highly recommend this gym.
One of the nicest gyms around! The staff, trainers, and instructors are all very educated, well trained, and very friendly. From the moment you walk in the doors you realize that you are part of a gym that has an owner and staff that truly cares about their paying customers and their fitness goals.
