Had the WORST experience with GRACE the manager that cost me over $1000 to fix and ruined my hair right before my best friends wedding. I was a blonde and asked to just make my light brown roots all over. She applied the colour and left me to cut another clients hair, i felt like it was a long time but trusted her. She told had to use a “filler” for the colour not to fade to the blonde again. After washing my hair i was JET BLACK. Extremely unprofessional people... Make me like boil egg... Grace pretend like I got the best haircut to cover up the cartoon they made me... Can't fix my hair for 3 week. I will never go again... Please be careful they train people on customers.... Defiantly not recommended....
Extremely pricey.... They agree on something and in the middle they will update you with new terms. On that stage you can't so no and you don't want to say yes... Really scary my cousin hair were cut very short and she was crying whole week... It's all because they don't understand what customers want... Which will put your hair and looks in great risk... I don't recommend this saloon to anyone... Even employers are not happy with this owner.... I just don't want others to ruin their hair and feelings... Be careful...
My sister came her a few weeks ago and they messed up her hair so badly. Would not recommend to anybody. Go to any other place but this!!
