May was amazing! She was so kind and took her time to make sure my hair looked perfect. She really paid attention to the details and made sure I was happy with everything throughout the appointment. I never felt rushed, and you could tell she genuinely cared about making sure I loved the final result. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted it, and I left feeling so happy with it. Overall, it was such a great experience, and I would definitely recommend May to anyone looking for a great hair stylist!
The lady at the front lied to my face. I asked twice, can you do fades for mens, she assured me "yes of course, no problem" but I found out later she was just a robot that didnt bother respecting me enough to tell the truth. I get in the chair and the next lady again tells me she can fade, 30 min later she barley cut my hair and starts wrapping up, I ask her where's the fade and she says oh sorry let me finish. I brought my two young daughters, ages 7 and 9, in for back-to-school haircuts. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from beginning to end. I didn’t catch the names of the two women who did their hair. With my older daughter, I tried to have a conversation with the stylist about what we wanted and even had a photo for reference. Excellent hair cut! Grace is very experienced, very kind, helpful and professional. Grace is very patient and pays attention to detail, making the customers feel comfortable and confident. So good in fact, that I also bring other family members. I highly recommend.
