I requested for a quote online for the window roller shutters. Debbie followed it up within 4 hours. She's very pleasant, thorough and accommodating. we're so impressed with this company. Our shutters were installed within two weeks from quote to installation. All the staff we dealt with were very responsive, professional, friendly & helpful. Excellent, service and product
I had a roller shutter put on a 4 meter sliding door, aswell as roller shutters through out the house, I'm very happy with the products, Graham Song that came out and did the quote, was very informative, he explained everything really well and was friendly, Melanie Kies who emails the quote, does follow ups and accounts she is always happy, friendly, makes you feel valued and gets things done quickly, 5 stars to Modern Group.
Had 4 roller shutters installed 9 years ago, were only given 2 controllers and told this was standard. Have contacted the company multiple times since then as the controllers are requiring charging every week and told it is $145 per controller plus $10 shipping EACH. Gaps between wall and shutters so light gets in, we were told this would not occur. They also STILL call me and also my partner multiple times a year from various phone numbers trying to sell us more roller shutters and other products with VERY PUSHY SALES TACTI... read more
