Our shutter was installed in Sept 2025. The power supply failed 4 weeks ago. Our bedroom has been dark since then. I phoned on April 7th, April 14th and April 17th. Each time i was advised that Alex was busy and he or she would phone back. Im still waiting for that return call. My bedroom is still dark. Avoid this company if you want any After Sales service.
This company has just spam texted me. I have no idea where they got my number from as I've never dealt with them. Very unprofessional.
