I was very impressed with the product and installation of my blinds. They fit my windows perfectly and look great .
Install was very bad, they have had numerous attempts to rectify, they believe I should settle on a compensation far less than it cost me. Dispute has been raised with consumer protection. Their last attempt to resolve an issue which ended up worse and left the area above damaged. They would never give me an itemised quote, included a window I did not want done yet and then when challenged they refunded $600, after disputing again they refunded around $1200. Moderns group did our plantation shutters and compared to others on the market they are far superior in quality and finish, we went for these over the metal shutters available due to the standard of the product and we are super impressed with the finished product now that they are installed. Kim Degens from Moderns was fantastic in assisting us throughout the entire process from start to finish.
