Initial installation motor at wrong end so wired in. Then wires get caught and shutter stuck wont go up wont go down. When came back yo repair damaged top housing and side rails been waiting 6 weeks for replacements and never seem to get an update, that's if the calls are returned at all. Would definitely not recommend I called for the millionth time and now after speaking the the 3rd or 4th new manager. And they have no record of my installation. Both Anthony and Kim were wonderful and extremely helpful in the process of having my tiled roof restored. Anthony's product knowledge was impressive and he managed to provide a price that I was happy with. The roof is still looking like it's just been restored.
