I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of responsiveness from your company. Despite numerous attempts to contact you—at least 30 calls and three voicemails—my calls remain unanswered and unreturned.
I highly recommend to NOT USE Modern group. I simply asked for a quote to get a repair on my Komatsu Forklift. I even sent them the pictures of what happened and explained but they insisted they have to send out a tech to do an assessment. I didn't even get anything done but i still got billed $700. Eastern Lift Truck center did PM on two of my forklifts for less money. How can you justify 2.25 hours of labor on providing an estimate when you are not even fixing it.
