I highly recommend to NOT USE Modern group. I simply asked for a quote to get a repair on my Komatsu Forklift. I even sent them the pictures of what happened and explained but they insisted they have to send out a tech to do an assessment. I didn't even get anything done but i still got billed $700. Eastern Lift Truck center did PM on two of my forklifts for less money. How can you justify 2.25 hours of labor on providing an estimate when you are not even fixing it. Complete nightmare to deal with. I was lied to by a man that i spoke with length about my machine. They did nothing to fix my machine and caused me months of down time jerking me around and wasting my time and money. They have cost me thousands of dollars. This garage is a bunch of clowns that are terrible at their jobs. They are out to get as much money as they can without any care to be moral. I'm sure they have some good people that work there.
