Bernie is 5 stars. I showed photos of the cut Bernie did to someone new since he wasn’t working today. She rushed through my son’s cut. I asked multiple times to keep it long and only trim the top, she basically left 1 inch of hair and a horrible bang situation. I wish I just pulled him off the chair after she went back 3-4-5 times to trim off more despite me reminding her multiple times I wanted it long. So upset is an understatement
I have been coming here over the past few years, and never had any issues. Today I had a 9:30am appt and the barber I was scheduled with was running late (no big deal). So instead of making me wait or rescheduling they asked Jeremiah who was on his break to take me in and he got me cleaned up quickly! This place knows how to take care of their clients even when something unexpected happens. Can’t recommend Modern Gents in LWR enough.

I always get my haircut here in Lakewood ranch. Mimi is the best . 💯 love the way she takes her time and listen she's great.
I had difficulty making an appointment online and even contacting the store. But when I physically went to the shop Illy L. was able to squeeze me in so I’m grateful for her and her professionalism 🙏. She does an awesome job cutting hair as well!
