Dr. Marquez is an angel. She explained everything regarding surgery and post op thoroughly. She made sure I was comfortable with my situation. Surgery went smoothly. The office was great at making sure I had everything ready for surgery in a timely manner. Post op: Sutures look beautifully done. Incision looks clean and is healing well. The wait was less than 15 min to be seen by Dr. Baddaloo. He was very attentive and professional. Office staff is very friendly. As someone who worked in doctors’ offices in the past, I can say this experience was phenomenal!
Dr. Baddaloo was amazing. Today was my first time seeing him. He listened to what I had to say. Then took his time to exam my foot to see what's causing the pain afterwards gave me a few options to try to help with the arthritis which is my foot. One of the best doctors I have seen over the years which was a lot. Thank you for your help.
Excellent experience all around. The Online Reservation app, the email responses and instructions, the reception and guidance by the staff, and the great professional and caring visit with the doctor. He provided clear information with super bedside manner. I highly recommend this practice and Dr Trevor.
