Opted to try to keep my business local, thinking it would result in better customer service. Big mistake. Ordered 3 boxes of flooring in June. Finally, they told our contractor it would be here 7/28. Since we had to tear out our kitchen flooring, contractor started demo on 7/29 to minimize how long we would be without a kitchen. Then the call that it didn’t show up.
