Modern Fence has been taking care of our electric entry gate for about 3 years. We live in Lowell And have never failed to show promptly, give an estimate, and do exactly what required and at a reasonable cost. Might think about giving them a try. Our second home in NWA with a gate. Sure glad I found them. Dennis and Doris Brown
Charged us $275 to spray our belts with belt conditioner. Told us the belts needed to be replaced, paid them again to replace to belts only to have the issue return. Out of pocket over $700 on this repair and turned out we just needed a spring adjustment that none of their techs identified. We have instructed our managment they can no longer use this company for gate repairs.
Inconsiderate and unprofessional The crew they have on Silent Grove Rd. seems to think the bike lane is their access to the fence. Every day they block it up with their truck and trailer and when informed that this isn't allowed they cuss at you and act like entitled children. This behavior reflects a deep disrespect for the community they want to be a part of and a lack of consideration for the people that use these bike lanes. I’m a general contractor in Oklahoma City and we hire a lot of subcontractors to help our clients. Here in Eureka Springs it is almost impossible to find good help. I’m not one to do reviews but they earned this review! Absolutely a top notch company. Sheldon and Zac were very polite, skillful, & respectful throughout the installation of our gate opener. Couldn’t be happier. Also the follow-up with Ron the owner was exceptional. Love this company. Well done gentlemen. Hire them you won’t be disappointed!
