Pretty disappointed as a repeat customer coming back. Was not treated very unkindly by receptionist when inquiring why no one had followed up with coming out to quote one of my properties. First, I was asked did I talk to anyone with the ordinal call implying I had left a message. Second, when she saw I was scheduled in the system said I'd received a phone call from the representative, which I then told her I hadn't receive a call, or message. Modern Fence has been taking care of our electric entry gate for about 3 years. We live in Lowell And have never failed to show promptly, give an estimate, and do exactly what required and at a reasonable cost. Might think about giving them a try. Our second home in NWA with a gate. Sure glad I found them. Dennis and Doris Brown
Charged us $275 to spray our belts with belt conditioner. Told us the belts needed to be replaced, paid them again to replace to belts only to have the issue return. Out of pocket over $700 on this repair and turned out we just needed a spring adjustment that none of their techs identified. We have instructed our managment they can no longer use this company for gate repairs.
Inconsiderate and unprofessional The crew they have on Silent Grove Rd. seems to think the bike lane is their access to the fence. Every day they block it up with their truck and trailer and when informed that this isn't allowed they cuss at you and act like entitled children. This behavior reflects a deep disrespect for the community they want to be a part of and a lack of consideration for the people that use these bike lanes.
