Hardware bent, screws sticking out, board was beaten by a hammer and instead of cutting a new 8 inch board or using a new picket they left it damaged. (as pictured) This, was after they to correct work they did the first time. Still, I am left with a damaged gate. The hinges, hardware, and wood, are damaged. Pretty disappointed as a repeat customer coming back. Was not treated very unkindly by receptionist when inquiring why no one had followed up with coming out to quote one of my properties. First, I was asked did I talk to anyone with the ordinal call implying I had left a message. Second, when she saw I was scheduled in the system said I'd received a phone call from the representative, which I then told her I hadn't receive a call, or message.
