Jamison, Zach and Sheldon provided great service. Gate opener installation went very smoothly.
I’m a general contractor in Oklahoma City and we hire a lot of subcontractors to help our clients. Here in Eureka Springs it is almost impossible to find good help. I’m not one to do reviews but they earned this review! Absolutely a top notch company. Sheldon and Zac were very polite, skillful, & respectful throughout the installation of our gate opener. Couldn’t be happier. Also the follow-up with Ron the owner was exceptional. Love this company. Well done gentlemen. Hire them you won’t be disappointed!
Some seem to be good folk but dont have much understanding and compassion for employees its like being back in high school working with them i watched employees make fun of coworker with a mental disability i just was disgusted by the behavior of the people leading in this business high very high turn over rate they have people with knowledgeable fencing skills and do good work but its just not a place i would recommend to anyone to work or use for there services just on the way they acted and things they did to people to sh... read more
Modern Fence is always quick to respond with service calls and solutions to keep my gate operational. They are creative with solutions and go above and beyond to ensure cost effective repairs.
We needed a new fence and contacted our neighbors on all sides to see about sharing the cost. In total we ended up with 5 houses replacing part or all of their fencing. After looking at reviews, we chose Modern and the other households agreed. They told us it would take 3 days, after 7 months it still wasn't done. We finally just paid the bill to be done with it and fix the rest ourselves because they kept hounding us about the bill despite not being finished. It was a nightmare.
