Started a claim with them and was told it would be fairly straightforward. Set up an initial call to which the team no-call-no-showed and didn't respond. I immediately cancelled services with them and was then sent two separate invoices, one for $755, the second for $155. Cost almost $1k for them to do exactly nothing. Complete joke.
Chelsea was great to work with. She helped me from my first call in with questions, until the whole matter was resolved. I felt cared about, respected, supported and was given great counsel.
Had great work done with Evan Chavez and Selena. Now I got an A.I. log back to me and can't help me in a civil matter. You're lawyers. My 5 star was based on I talked to a person my whole time. I got someone who seemed caring. Called and was told to go else where.
