You know how it is when you find a good Dr. with a great place and a superb team.. you don’t want to tell anyone because you fear you won’t get in? Well Dr. Munoz and her team are just too good to not say anything. If you need an eye Dr. in the West Linn area this is the place. Dr. M. Is approachable, candid, and very good at what she does. Her team is professional, funny and welcoming. The office is nice and they even have good magazines. Eyeglass selection is good. You won’t find any better place!
I've been seeing Dr Munoz was very helpful by answering my many questions and explaining in detail, and I did not feel rushed. The staff is also very accommodating, moving furniture for myself and service dog Cocoa, or putting the glasses/mirror within reach. Also, they were nice and funny, which made me feel more relaxed. I highly recommend this location for eye appts.
I’ve twice taken the time to fill out their online appointment request form. The first time, the (seemingly open) time was declined as busy. The second time, I requested two potential appointments but never received any follow up communication. They clearly don’t value the time their customers take to fill out their personal information and insurance to make these requests.
