I had a great experience at Modern Eyes Optometry! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the clean, modern, and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, making every step of the visit smooth and stress-free. Dr. Hong truly goes above and beyond to ensure the best eye care. Once and Done! Never again. I went to Modern Eyes to get new eye glasses since they came highly recommended. When my new lenses finally came in (two weeks later), the prescription was incorrect and I had to wait two more weeks to go back in. AGAIN, the prescription was wrong and I was told that I would have to pay the full amount if I wanted to have them re-done a third time. I'll never step foot in this place again.
Best optometrist I’ve ever had. Her staff is also amazing. I will highly recommend if you need an eye doctor. She’s THE best!!!

This is the best doctor's office of any sort that I've ever been too. Dr. Hong and her staff are warm, professional, knowledgable, helpful, and accommodating. Dr. Hong treats you like you'll be with her for decades, and the standard of care here is remarkable.
