All staff was very polite
Poor billing practices. Every other optometrist I’ve visited bills you once. You know the price upfront and pay that. Each of the 3 times I have gone there, they added charges 2-3 times for things they forgot.
The glasses, that I purchased at Modern Eyes in Howard, had gotten bent up while working. I stopped in to see if they could help me out. Dennis was an absolute pleasure to work with and he did a phenomenal job in putting them back into place. I can’t even tell that they had been bent up at all. I highly recommend this place as they have always, and continue to be an excellent place for all your eye care!
Always great service. The current road construction makes it a bit of an adventure to get to the front door.
