The staff at Modern Eye Montreux are great in all respects but the way in which they truly excel is the outstanding personal service. I dropped in a few days ago with an eye issue and was seen by the doctor almost immediately, who cleared up all my concerns. My glasses were also adjusted during my short wait! I highly recommend the Montreux location of FYidoctors.
As someone with a very high prescription, finding frames that I actually like is usually a challenge. Even with 1.74 high-index lenses, my glasses often end up quite thick, which limits my options. However, my experience here was fantastic! They carry a high-quality selection of frames, including beautiful Japanese brands like Masunaga. Wonderful customer service! I have not done business with this business before, but my glasses dropped a lens , and I needed some help repairing them right away. I live near this store and popped in to see if they could assist me. I walked in and was greeted by three lovely young women. I found all of the staff to be cheerful and helpful throughout my eye exam and purchasing process. Dr. Hodgins is very thorough and explains everything and answered all of my questions.
