Modern Exteriors recently completed a screen room for us. We are very happy with the results. The team did a very professional job and dealt with the slope issues of our current slab to make the room fit well. We are pleased with the materials and manufacture of the components. We wanted high ceilings (10 ft) and Mod Ex was able to work it out.
