Modern Exterior By Design completely transformed our backyard with a gorgeous new deck! The quality of work, attention to detail, and communication were all outstanding. The covered section, composite boards, and clean railings turned out even better than we imagined. The crew was professional, on time, and left everything spotless. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for top-tier exterior work!

ModExt did a FANTASTIC job on my deck! Jerry provided a free estimate, gave me plenty of options, talked me through the pros and cons, and answered all my questions. Jerry, Joey, and Jordan were true professionals--on-time, polite, thorough, and careful. When minor issues arose, they provided options; even one issue that wasn't noticed until after all was done--was made right! They completed the deck on time and on budget--no surprises.
