Exterior backdoor frame broken. I searched for contractors, and there are many, but in parallel I was buying the door I wanted. That is where I met Brandon who told me that I should not send him the money for the door until I have it. Immediately I thought, integrity. Follow up: After I posted the initial review, someone contacted me immediately and scheduled the work. We're very happy with the new roof. Definitely room for improvement with communication but no complaints with the work they performed for us. I don't know what's going on with this company. We were working with Rachel and she was great. We signed a contract and put down a 50% deposit 3 months ago and now total silence. Excellent roofing contractor. They handled our roof replacement efficiently with high quality workmanship, clear communication, and fair pricing from start to finish.
Warning: this company is not paying their subcontractors, not fixing installation problems and is a scam. After the project was finished, we had laborers coming to our house saying they hadn’t been paid, threatening us, etc. We had obviously paid for the work, but Modern Exterior Systems was not paying their subs.
