Exterior backdoor frame broken. I searched for contractors, and there are many, but in parallel I was buying the door I wanted. That is where I met Brandon who told me that I should not send him the money for the door until I have it. Immediately I thought, integrity. He mentioned he worked for Modern Exterior so I asked them to come over and quote the broken backdoor and a tuck under shed. The work on the backdoor was amazing! Follow up: After I posted the initial review, someone contacted me immediately and scheduled the work. We're very happy with the new roof. Definitely room for improvement with communication but no complaints with the work they performed for us. I don't know what's going on with this company. We were working with Rachel and she was great. We signed a contract and put down a 50% deposit 3 months ago and now total silence. Warning: this company is not paying their subcontractors, not fixing installation problems and is a scam. After the project was finished, we had laborers coming to our house saying they hadn’t been paid, threatening us, etc. We had obviously paid for the work, but Modern Exterior Systems was not paying their subs. We also had an issue with our siding installation. After weeks of trying to get ahold of the owner, he promised if would be fixed. Two months later, numerous unreturned calls, it is not fixed.
