Date: 7 Oct 2025 Buckle up for a long read. We also have a signed contract along with over $4,000 put down from earlier this spring on May 29th, for three windows. We haven't had any correspondence since. Whether it's a salesperson's fault, the owner's fault, or the neighbor's fault, it doesn't really matter...at this point, there should be some sort of correspondence. Exterior backdoor frame broken. I searched for contractors, and there are many, but in parallel I was buying the door I wanted. That is where I met Brandon who told me that I should not send him the money for the door until I have it. Immediately I thought, integrity. He mentioned he worked for Modern Exterior so I asked them to come over and quote the broken backdoor and a tuck under shed. The work on the backdoor was amazing! Follow up: After I posted the initial review, someone contacted me immediately and scheduled the work. We're very happy with the new roof. Definitely room for improvement with communication but no complaints with the work they performed for us. I don't know what's going on with this company. We were working with Rachel and she was great. We signed a contract and put down a 50% deposit 3 months ago and now total silence. Had such a great experience with this company! Rachel was just so nice and honest to work with. She was very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful navigating insurance policies.
Was working with Kiki and the process was smooth and efficient. Very professional and an overall great experience. I highly recommend her! She helped restore our home to its original beauty.
