I had recently went in for 6 root canals. The main dentist and assistants were extremely nice and welcoming. The first dentist i went to back in 2020 was really quiet. Came in did the work and left. But with this dentist....... it was actually great to hear some voices. I would really like to give the receptionist at the front desk, Mirna (I hope I spelled her name right) a big shout out and thank you. I wish there's an option to give negative stars: this place fit perfectly for negative stars!!! I took off work to get my root canal, it was scheduled weeks before. They confirmed work will be done on that same day, but they took xray and made me come back for a.2nd appointment. They said there's changes from the dr. so I need to come back for another appointment. Two weeks ago, I underwent root canal treatment at this clinic. The attending physician, Dr. Kam, demonstrated exceptional technical skill, for which I am genuinely grateful. However, the front desk service proved to be profoundly disappointing. There is nothing in this world I despise more than lies and deception. Two weeks after the root canal retreatment, the infection part heals well and they save my tooth. So I wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Kamyar and the staff who helped me with my root canal retreatment.
