I started with Modern Endocrine in Nov 2025 with a few issues... constipation, bloating, fatigue, brain fog...and as of the end of Feb 2026..life is much better. I had an appointment with Dustin. Great customer service and he provided a detailed explanation on everything
Very disorganized practice. I pressed 2 to get refills, and the young woman lied twice about the status of my refill. She didn't do any investigation. I had ordered through a mail order pharmacy and it was taking more than two weeks to get the refill. The doctor should tell patients about the delay. When I called the third time, I was able to talk to the PA and he called in the prescription locally. However it was wrong because the nurse didn't write down the new strength that the doctor ordered. It will be nearly impossible... read more
