If you are unfortunate enough to be forced to use this company I feel sorry for you....they are heartless devils. they will shut your power of @ 8am in the dead id winter. Then promptly send you to voicemail when you call for help.. Modern strikes again.. Its to bad I could not remove the one star..
Super outdated systems. Constantly hit with crazy late fees. No easy way to set up auto pay. Scammiest utility company I’ve had the displeasure of working with. Would love to switch but I’m stuck with them. Whole management team should be fired. Old system needs to go. Wish I could go back to avista
Today February 6th 2025, at 11am on the way to work a emergency First Responder vehicle was going to in a call. It was possibly an accident calls because his lights was on and the siren was on too. One of your employee who was driving a Modern Electric truck he didnt even acknowledge to stop to the side on the road when other drivers has to stop going East bond from broadway on the traffic ligths on bowdish road. Been hit with so many late fees because they don’t have an easy way to set up auto pay. My last electric company all you had to do was set up an online profile then click one button to turn it on and they even gave a discount. Modern electric sucks, no easy way to set up auto pay and they stolen over $100 from me over like 6 month in late fees. Hate them and would switch to a different company in a heart beat if there was an option to.
