Very disappointed with the quality of work and customer service. The gutter installation was incomplete because an end cap was never installed. As a result, rainwater has been leaking directly onto the exterior wall and trim, causing visible water staining and damage. I contacted the company since several months ago multiple times by both email and phone requesting that the issue be corrected, but no one ever came to fix it and communication has been extremely poor throughout the process. Don't even bother getting a quote from these guys. It will only lead to headaches. I followed up with them multiple times to start the work after getting the estimates and was met with empty promises and excuses. Worst customer service. Communication was great only until I paid the upfront amount. After that, there was no clear communication about the installation date despite multiple emails. The installation was done without proper notice while I wasn’t home, so I couldn’t verify the work at the time. I then received several emails asking for the remaining payment. I did not book this company or give permission for them to be on my property. In June 2024, representatives from this company came onto my property while working on my neighbours roof and placed part of their product on a portion my roof without my consent. At the time, I had already contracted eavestroughing services with a different company who were schedule to arrive that week. In my opinion, one should save their money and go with another company. I had my eavestroughs done through Modern. They were actually more expensive than the others but justified their price by being "the best". Now the one thing I know about downspouts is that they are not supposed to touch the ground. As we can see on the picture attached, they installed the downspouts lying directly on the ground. "No problem" I thought.
