Their Customer Service are getting worst. They made excuses not to come back to check the water drainage. Not worth it going with them
After four years, I’m still extremely upset about the work done. Out of four downspouts, only two actually function. I honestly think the other two were installed just for decoration. I had no sooner sent pictures of my Eavestrough requirements asking for help at our new home and Roch was in my backyard the very next morning. Job was done super quick, efficiently and beautifully. Redirected unexpected our downspouts to where they would drain properly. He even showed up early which was very convenient for me. They also did a wonderful job at our previous large house! Highly Recommend!
Four years after they installed my gutter, it started leaking. I called the company, and they claimed they had fixed the leak—but they didn’t. When they came the second time, nothing was different from the first visit. I called five or six more times asking them to fix it, but they refused to come. While the installation was ultimately completed, the overall experience left much to be desired Google describes a 2/5 star as "area for improvement" and i believe that best illustrates my experience with this company. Communication was not a strong suit for them as I felt it was always on my end to be the one who had to ask for an update. This was about a six month wait to get it installed and completed.
