Unethical and rude when it comes to getting a quote and also delayed.
Had a sales rep give me a quote in November and said it would be done within 4 weeks. Well 4 weeks passed and nothing. Contacted the sales rep and was told he doesn't schedule anyone so he doesn't know what's going on. Waited approx 3 months and emailed and called and I finally get a call back. Explained what was going on and was told I'd get a call back which never happened. Very disappointed with the quality of work and customer service. The gutter installation was incomplete because an end cap was never installed. As a result, rainwater has been leaking directly onto the exterior wall and trim, causing visible water staining and damage. I contacted the company since several months ago multiple times by both email and phone requesting that the issue be corrected, but no one ever came to fix it and communication has been extremely poor throughout the process. Don't even bother getting a quote from these guys. It will only lead to headaches. I followed up with them multiple times to start the work after getting the estimates and was met with empty promises and excuses. Worst customer service. Communication was great only until I paid the upfront amount. After that, there was no clear communication about the installation date despite multiple emails.
