The reviews are not exaggerations! Mike is fantastic, he is clean, accurate and thorough. We hired him to fix a hole in our bathroom ceiling from a leak, he ultimately replaced the entire ceiling and insulation. He removed the moldy ceiling and insulation, but you would have never known as every day he cleaned up after himself, pretty sure my bathroom was cleaner than before he came! the new ceiling looks so good! We recently used Modern Drywall for a repair to our kitchen wall from a roof leak. Mike from was great, he provided an honest and accurate quote. The work was completed in a timely and convenient fashion. The finished wall was right back to before the leak. Will definitely use again in the future if needed.
Mike came to our apartment to fix a hole in the bedroom wall. He was incredibly tidy and made sure no dust, paint, or drywall got on the bed. He even did a fresh coat of paint on the entire wall to match the room’s color scheme. He truly went above and beyond. There’s no one else I’d call for future work. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
