Dom and the Team at Modern Drainage were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The quote for work was competitive and even though we waited several months to let the City coordinate their repair first, also done by Modern Drainage, the original quote was held firm. The Team went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the decision we were making and when the work was done it was completed quickly, professionally and with the minimum of disturbance. I give my highest recommendation to Modern Drainage. After our basement flooded we received large $ quotes to replace all of the drain tiles at our 1938 house. Modern drainage instead rehabilitated 3/4 of the perimeter and installed new piping on the other 1/4. There have been severe rains since, and our basement remains completely dry. The work was completed quickly and professionally and for about a third of the cost of other quotes. Modern Drainage even saved some trees for us that had to be excavated.
