Horrible,horrible,horrible!!!!! Been trying for 2 years to get them to stop damaging my property. They seem to think it is OK to cause damage to my property because none of their other customers care about damage. I called one time to explain my concern and she rudely interrupted me and told me not to "get snippy" with her. Simply trying to express concern and that's what I got. Very good business. Nice people. I appreciate being able to dump construction demo materials off at their site. Prices are really high compared to the landfill in Onalaska, but I understand they have to make something and cover waste management and all the environmental impact costs, etc.
Always does a great job!! They always wave, and smile whenever I'm outside, and they're picking up my trash, or recycling. Anytime I have to bring items to their shop, the ladies in the office are always friendly. Keep it up guys!!!
Never in my life have I seen such a dysfunctional company. The office people can barely get ahold of their drivers and constantly lie about when and how they will fix a situation for you. Last week when my trash was picked up, my can was left like this. The driver had to drive back past my house to do the other side of the street and apparently did not notice according to the people in the office. He was supposed to come and empty the can, that I put this sleeping bag that fell out back into the day after, then the day after... read more
