No commitment to the community. Continuously miss pickups in the e c.c north area since they took over several years ago. Talk real nice but suck at. their jobs top to bottom. Avoid this company if u can .class action làwsuit needed herethe affected clients .
If you have a choice for your garbage pickup do yourself a favor and pick any other company. They are awful. I would even go as far as saying the worst company I have ever dealt with for anything. Our experience has been similar to the other poor reviews listed. The way they treat customers is disgusting.
Put out a big box the day of my weekly pick up wrote on it please take empty. I am allowed one bulk item per pick up. Can’t take a box. Can take my payment tho… awful customer service.
So u take my trash can with the trash and can and throw it away. So now i have no trash can!!! Is your job really that hard? What a joke
