The service sucks I live on a corner of the street. This happens a lot I put my recycle tote out with the handle facing the house as instructed. They drive by my tote twice once to go down our dead end street and once to come out right past my tote empty all the other one on the street. I’ve try calling in the past and they say they will send someone and never do. Due to our recycling gets pick up on a Friday there is no way to contact them until Monday. Now I have to wait two weeks for them to come and hope they collect it.... read more

I live in the village of Blasdell. Every week, after emptying the bins into the garbage truck, the gentleman neatly places them with the handles all facing the same direction. He does this for every single house. I can tell when the garbage has come simply by looking down the street and seeing all of the bins fastidiously arranged. It is a small detail that makes a big difference! I don't know the gentleman's name, but I hope Modern can figure it out to compliment him.
