Just had Modern fix an exhaust leak and put a towing tune on my Excursion 6.0. My experience was 100% positive! They work extremely fast and once the cab was off they discovered that it needed less work than originally quoted. Highly recommended!
Above and beyond service. They helped us get back on the road entirely over the phone, taking the time to explain everything and make sure we understood what to do. I normally do not comment on places but this establishment, I felt obligated. I have never experienced customer service like this, EVER. The shop, crew, and owner, all on point. My truck has never sounded or ran this good since having. They have extensive knowledge, equipment, and give straight forward communication. Couldn't have asked for more.
