I normally do not comment on places but this establishment, I felt obligated. I have never experienced customer service like this, EVER. The shop, crew, and owner, all on point. My truck has never sounded or ran this good since having. They have extensive knowledge, equipment, and give straight forward communication. Couldn't have asked for more. Paid fourteen thousand eight hundred dollars for modern diesel performance to install a motor that they supplied in the truck, it was leaking oil all over my concrete.The day we brought it home. We had to have the truck, which is why we had it repaired in the first place, the oil leak persisted and just got worse and worse, and we finally had to take it back to him.After three weeks and he refused to fix it, saying that the warranty that he provided did not cover oil leaks from the motor. $14800 to have a motor installed, Which leaked oil the day we brought it home. As we had to have the truck enable to go to work, we drove it that way for approximately 3 weeks before we were able to drop it back off at his shop, only for him to tell us that the warranty of his work does not cover the motor leaking oil. This man, Aaron is a crook. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS CROOK.
Just had Modern fix an exhaust leak and put a towing tune on my Excursion 6.0. My experience was 100% positive! They work extremely fast and once the cab was off they discovered that it needed less work than originally quoted. Highly recommended!
Above and beyond service. They helped us get back on the road entirely over the phone, taking the time to explain everything and make sure we understood what to do.
