I have CALLED, Emailed, Sent 2 payments. ONE I have no been credited for either payment for the same amount. And can't get anyone in the billing department. Your envelops where used to send the payments. This is crazy. Really Bad service for our billing department! No being able to speak to someone is RIDICULOUS!
Sent me a bill 2 months down the line with "we will send collections after you if you don't pay this bill that is past due" which is the most laughably incompetent bullshit I've ever witnessed in my life. Maybe send me the bill earlier then?
