Advise extreme caution dealing with Modern Design Wardrobes. I’ve just paid 50% deposit on my new kitchen, after refusing to pay the 100% that MDW requested up front. But now MDW say their email system has been hacked and my $9000 has been diverted to another account, and the money’s gone. They say this has happened to other customers too - but they do not accept responsibility for their lack of on line security – it’s my problem. They don’t seem concerned and assure me my bank will pay me back…I must be with the wrong bank!... read more
