Filthy language and unprofessional sales guy Sandip .Stay away from them
Sandeep at Modern his attitude unacceptable approach to customer service, where he seems to believe that it is appropriate to treat customers poorly. This attitude reflects a lack of professionalism and understanding of basic customer care which should be take n to consideration
The timber used was old and of poor quality, which raises concerns about durability and appearance. The installers created unnecessary holes in my walls, causing significant damage that will require repairs. Overall, the service lacked professionalism. Will not recommend their service based on my experience.
Modern design team are exceptional. We deal personally with Raffat as our sales manager. And his service and correspondence are always on point.
I have been dealing with MDW for about two years now for all my cabinets, complete kitchens, vanities, and Wardrobes. I do not know why it took me that long to write a review about this company, I guess because I always show my appreciation to all the workers involved in person.
