Dr Peterson annd the dental hygienists Hallie and Jennie are professional, kind, honest and trustworthy. They are probably the best dentist office that I know in the kitsap peninsula. They are worth the wait and are the best in the business, no question about that. The office manager Courtney is courteous and prompt. All in all, they are an excellent team. I am so glad they are in the kitsap peninsula and accessible to all of us who live here.
I think there are opportunities to improve on approach to dental care and how patients are treated. My family and I recently moved here and being in healthcare, I am fully aware of the importance of oral health and the impact it has on the rest of the body. We booked appointments for teeth cleaning. Upon arrival, we were advised initial apts were 2 hours long and that it was extensive, and that they "may not get to the teeth cleaning portion".
