From start to finish they are the best. Making the appointment was easy. When you walk in the receptionist greet you which for me was refreshing. I only had two wait a few seconds before I got called back. I was greeted by Karli I believe who is super nice. She did my X-rays and everything in-between that my teeth needed. She explained everything before she did it and as she was doing it. She took her time to explain the process I needed to do. The staff as always did great job and as always was a pleasure to ba around
My hygienist Kaylee is personable, gentle and does a thorough job. She has a school calendar for the next 6 month check up, so I don’t have to miss school. They also offer 4:00 apts. However, being called 4 times for the apt. Is very annoying, especially since I confirm the first time and never been late or a no show since going to Modern Smiles.
Update: 7/24/25 Unfortunately, I had to leave this practice. They want to charge $32 for some unverifiable additive in the water used during cleanings to prevent infections. As usual, it's not covered by insurance, nor do you know it's really even used. I've been having my teeth cleaned for over 50 years and nary an infection from any water source used during a cleaning. Sadly, this practice has decided that even though we're already paying exorbitant insurance premiums and out of pocket for procedures not covered we should ... read more
Monique at the front desk is fabulous!! My hygienist Kayli is amazing and so gentle. Highly recommend this dentistry firm!
