Place shut down without telling anybody. I got a card 6 months ago and I come back today and they are shut down without telling ANYBODY. This place no longer has a physician.
Ridiculous place with horrible communication and constant problems! I went to so many appointments and there was always a problem- once the dentist just wasn’t there, another time they forgot to call me to cancel, or they didn’t have my appointment on their calendar even though I had they card they wrote for me. Literally six appointments for a crown and it was never finished! I called to make appointments and either something went wrong or they just never called me back. Rude staff member on the phone. She got upset and inpatient with a question I was asking, and was trying to make me feel dumb. She said, "wait please!" and had me waiting for a few minutes, and then she hung the phone on me.
I just love the dentist at modern Dental so pleasant, the entire staff is very nice I'm glad I found them!
