Experience is fine, but couldn’t get why the front desk call and ask how much is my dental coverage???? Last time I went was like over a month ago and the claim already DONE! What’s the point???? And made me spend 30min during work day when I won’t have any appointments with them ANY time soon :)
We went there a long time ago and still remember how the dental assistant was very condescending, disrespectful, and possibly discriminatory toward us. Although things may have changed over time, it was still unfair to us.
Dr Jenny is very patient, gentle,professional and always pays attention to details so she knows what needs to be done to prevent problems in the future .What I really admire from her is she always gives priority to her client. If you need immediate attention she will go out of her way to sqeeze you in her busy schesule to the extent of having her lunch so late or if not offers to come even it's not her schedule .
