Alan was professional, helpful, courteous and prompt to deal with. He came by for an estimate and provided us a quote in less than a day. He was upfront about the timing, his schedule and challenges with winter. We got 2 sets of doors for the backyard and a few feet of fence. Our order was ready earlier than expected. Absolutely stunning experience! Not only did we love the look of the fence from Modern decks, but the professionalism of the whole process from start to finish was by far amazing! Alan and his crew did an excellent job building my deck that had a few complications as it is designated as a commercial property with different requirements from the City. The workmanship and attention to detail far exceeded my expectations and vision of what the deck will look like when completed.
