Although some may be completely satisfied with the service provided by this company; we were not. The representative came and snaked the toilet that was clogged without any water running to assist in declogging it; he did not seem to know where the mainline was, nor did he completely unclog the toilet pipe, after charging $350.00 and departed recommending that our toilet should be hydro jetted and that he would return the next day.
