I didn't expect a tech to be at my house within an hour of my phone call, but it happened today. My AC went out and we're expecting scorching heat this week. In less than two hours, I had working AC again. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I couldn't ask for much more.
Kraig at Modern Day is one of the best. He keeps it real, gives great advice, and is a genuine guy. Once our heat wasn’t working, Kraig was there within 2 hours. We also needed a new AC unit. Kraig was able to get it installed within a week for us. Overall, cannot say how great of a job they do. If you need a heating & cooling company, Modern Day is the best place.

Kraig and his whole team were excellent. Very professional all throughout. On time and very good communicators. There was no pressure to go beyond what was needed but Kraig was straightforward about what he thought our home would need after his thorough evaluation. We will definitely use them again and tell others about them. Highly recommended.
