Modern Day Comfort and Kraig have won me over, I won't call anyone else. I wish every vendor/contractor I work with was like Kraig and his team. No hard sales pitch, very thorough troubleshooting to understand what's needed, patient explanation of what is required and why, multiple options at various price-points, clear and very competitive pricing, prompt scheduling, very clean and mindful as they work, great communication. 10/10 you will not be disappointed. We've been using Kraig and Modern Day Comfort since the company's inception in 2006 (Happy Anniversary!)! This week we had an emergency issue with a water heater that needed a fast replacement... and Kraig came through! But Kraig and his team have always been there for us for over twenty years. They've installed our furnace, our a/c, a water heater, and done the annual maintenance for all. Fair, honest, dependable. Look no further!

I HIGHLY recommend Modern Day for your HVAC services! Good people doing good work. They have always been extremely honest and upfront with me. They have always taken the time to answer all of my questions and explain things in as much detail as I ask for. They are great with communication - responsive, set clear expectations, and meet those expectations or communicate quickly and clearly any changes.
We know Kraig for a very long time, used his services multiple times for different issues from HVAC to heating and water heaters repairs. The service is always excellent, timely and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
