Bob was amazing for our old 1930 chimney. Our cap flew off during the wind storm and needed repaired. We had called so many people prior to him and he was the only honest person who wasn’t trying to rip us off. He made the experience easy and a relief for us. His communication is awesome and his work is too notch! I have recommended him to our whole neighborhood.

Bob was on time and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the most cost effective way to solve it. Within a few days he scheduled the lift and ordered all the materials needed to complete the job. He kept me informed throughout the process with texts and photos. He installed a new chimney liner and rebuilt the old brick and mortar. He ran new pipe from my furnaces and hot water tanks, and tied them into the new liner. Bob did a great job for me! I needed my gas fireplace replaced. He had quick turnaround time and did a great job! Cleaned up after himself in the fireplace is working like new, I love it! Bob is a super honest guy and gave me a great price. Highly recommend!
I've used Modern Day since buying my home in 2023 and couldn't be happier with the service! Robert is extremely responsive and does quality work that has kept our wood burning fireplace in working (and safe) condition for a couple seasons now. This year, he noticed that our screen chain had broken and took the extra time to repair it! I will continue to call Robert each year to have my chimney serviced!
