Scam artist. we paid him to replace a pool liner. Instead of a pool liner he painted a liner on our pool. When the paint failed he refused to honor the warranty. Does not answer his phone or emails. Stay away from these guys
If you’re looking for a reliable contractor, look no further! I can’t recommend Modern Creations enough. We had very little light and outdated fixtures, and they installed new recessed lighting in our kitchen, living room, and entryway — all in one day! The difference is incredible. Mario made the whole process quick and easy. I’m so happy with the results — I only wish I had done it sooner!
