They remodeled both of our upstairs bathrooms at the same time. It was super important to us to stay on the timelines for completion and they did a fantastic job. The project was managed well, and they helped us through each phase. I highly recommend Modern Contractors - very professional and great work!
We have been lucky enough to have Modern build our home, and then when we needed a contractor modern inc was the first to respond to our call. Actually the only ones (refinishing floors, paint, and drywall). Additionally, everyone remembered us personally when we called the office from our house build. Our house was hit by a hail storm and needed a new roof, siding, gutters, some soffit and fascia work, new outdoor lights, etc. We contracted with Modern to do all is that work. Additionally, while Modern was doing the work our basement started taking on water. They came out very quickly, helped us sort out where the water was coming from, and got everything fixed up.
