The worst commercial contractor our company has worked for. Disorganized and unprepared . They have been thru 4 project managers in 4 months. Each project manager goes a different direction with a different opinion . We have completed larger projects and not had to deal with their lack of communication or thier level of incompetentcy. No accolades or praise for their disastrously broken methods of work. For a Sub Contractor, working for a honest, ethical General Contractor is a blessing, and we found just that with Modern Construction. We have worked for Modern for several years now, they have knowledgeable superintendents, project managers that know their jobs and office personal that make sure the subs get the proper paperwork and are paid in a timely manner. We have been working as a subcontractor with Modern Construction for over 5 years. Their entire team (leadership, office support staff, and field superintendents) has always treated us very well. Good communication is vital in our industry and we can always count on the team at Modern to keep us informed regarding bid status or job progress/build schedules.
