Not recommended at all. Rather go with an trust worthy Australian company, they are much more reliable in terms of architecture design and building materials. You don't want to experience narrow parking space that only fit for mini car, unbranded lifts, thin walls, poor quality of bathroom fixtures and even the drainers get rusty at the time you move in. Its low value.
Looking at Air Rated Building System
Very happy with the service from Eric and his team as he understood our requirements for our first home. He went above and beyond and when there were a few minor scratches after moving in, Eric immediately notified the developers which was rectified straight away. Extremely happy with the layout and quality as it is evident a lot of thought and effort have been put into consideration. Will be looking to buy our first investment with Modern Construction in the near future.
We are beyond thrilled with the quality of the finishes and layout of our 2 bedroom apartment in Arncliffe. We have moved in here for one month and it was a pleasure dealing with Eric who listened to our requirements and understood what we wanted for our first home. We had so many questions because we never bought a house before but Eric took the time and was very patient. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!
