Nishan and MODCON have renovated a few of my larger projects in the past few months. Quality of construction is top tier, couldnt ask for more. Also very professional, communicates well, and was able to manage the process from start to finish with little involvement. Its great to have a contractor and team you can rely on to be there and do quality work, that's them.
We hired MODCON to renovate our legacy family home. They handled a bathroom remodel, new floor tiling, and a kitchen backsplash. They also brought the water heater and gas heater vent stack up to code. MODCON's pricing was fair, and they even repositioned a new dishwasher and fixed a water valve at no additional cost. I highly recommend them as a general contractor. Great job!
