Rented a home from Emily Stine of Modern Concepts. Shower was leaking in master through the floor and into garage. They did a patch job in garage instead of actually fixing the leak. They refused to give our deposit back so had to take them to small claims court in which she didn't show up so we won the case. Not trust worthy people AT ALL!
Modern concepts re-roofed the house we moved into about 7 years ago and we have had 10 wet spots across 4 different areas of our house. I reached out to Brett, who is very professional, and he reached out to the office manager. Had a roof put on by Modern Concepts 7years ago. Have had multiple leaks since then. We were told it had a 10 year warranty. I have tried to reach the company multiple times and left many messages. Cannot get a return call. We had another company come fix the issues and they took pictures and showed us all the poor work Modern Concepts completed. It's poor workmanship and poor costumer service.
No accountability! I am not a customer of Modern Concepts, HOWEVER someone with a similar address was and now I’m dealing with their mess. Modern Concepts was hired to roof a house, and their subcontractors put in the wrong address and started taking off my roof. Midway they must have realized it was the wrong address and split without leaving me any contact information or picking up the nails in my driveway.
