As a contractor i appreciate open communication with my clients. For several years i had been hired by Modern as a sub-contractor to take care of certain aspects with their client. Modern just lost that client, but neglected to inform me that i wont be doing it anymore. Easily the worst commercial cleaning company you can go with. No one returns calls, employees sometimes don't show up as they have no one to report to. The lady that I was first introduced to seemed amazing. She was the area manager. She said she would check on the account once a month and be on top of everything.
