Easily the worst commercial cleaning company you can go with. No one returns calls, employees sometimes don't show up as they have no one to report to. The lady that I was first introduced to seemed amazing. She was the area manager. She said she would check on the account once a month and be on top of everything. I was first contact by Modern because I had previously cleaned a contract they acquired. They told me about the franchise aspects and I felt it was a great opportunity since I enjoyed the contract they offered and they negotiated to a fair price for the work being done.
