This company is terrible. We had them do our pool 7 years ago and the walls are already rusted through and the liner was completely done . When we told them the problem they told us the company that made the walls is out of business so they told us they would patch the walls and install a new liner …..At a cost of almost $4000 . Mind you it cost us almost $14000 to have the pool installed and in less than 7 years it’s completely useless. They don’t return phone calls and their customer service is absolutely terrible. Bruce from Modern Pools was simply amazing. He met with my family and ultimately made us feel comfortable with our construction project. Each step of the way they treated my home as if it were theirs which is comforting as a homeowner doing a large project. We are very satisfied and will recommend him to anyone in need of service. Modern Comfort has been my pool company for over Thirty Years. They have always done a great job with professionalism and integrity. From liner changes, stair replacement to opening and closing my pool. I stand by Modern Comfort Pools.

In all the years you have been opening and closing your your guys have always been great. Not a big deal, but this years opening didnt measure up to past ones. The salt generator was left unplugged. The drain plugs were not put back into the motor. All the piping was connected but 3 o ring were left out leading to leaks when I started up the pool.

I use Modern Comfort to open my pool every year and they are always helpful courtesy answer all questions I might have And the guys always explain to me how to operate my filter and Polaris every year
